Account Deletion Instructions

We respect your privacy. You can request deletion of your VRide account and associated personal data at any time. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.

How to request deletion
  1. Email us from your registered address to customercare@vriderental.com with the subject Account Deletion Request.
  2. Include your full name and registered phone number so we can verify ownership.
  3. We verify the request and delete the account within 7 days, unless we are required to retain something for legal or fraud-prevention reasons.
What will be deleted
  • Your profile information (name, email, phone)
  • Saved preferences and app settings
  • Active sessions and tokens
What we may retain

Certain records may be kept where the law requires it — transaction records, security logs, or data needed to resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or meet tax and regulatory obligations. These are kept only for the minimum period permitted, then securely deleted.
